My background is in business start-ups, project management/coordination, leadership, and administration. Around the office, I am known to often ask questions to hear your vision, and then help you narrow it down to achievable goals and day-to-day steps.

Everything I have learned as a business owner, combined with my diverse experience and proximity to successful key leaders, has provided me with a strong foundation to serve you well as you pursue your next endeavors.

I am an alum of Leadership Tyler, current President of the Whitehouse ISD Education Foundation board of directors and I currently serve on the Whitehouse City Council.

Outside the office, you’ll find me traveling the world and adventuring with the people who are most important to me and my dog, Ziggy (@ziggygoes on Instagram)!

Leah Wansley

Partner

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, I have developed strategic and creative solutions for a broad range of clients, both in ad agencies, and client-side, from startup to established marketing budgets. My experience includes developing creative solutions for full-range campaigns, ranging from B2B, DTC, higher ed, political campaigns, and more.

I have a BFA in Communication Design from the University of North Texas. I am a proud Leadership Tyler alumna (Class 25) and past President of both Leadership Tyler and Discovery Science Place boards. I currently serve on LT Catalyst 100 Executive Committee and The Tyler Loop board.

After hours you can catch me watching the TJC band, directing the livestream at my church, and spending time with family and friends.

Laura Jackson

Partner

I am a strategic thinker and problem solver with a passion for politics and public service. Over the course of my career, I have managed successful political campaigns, from local races through statewide contests. Most recently, I served as the Assistant Vice President for Government & Community Affairs at The University of Texas at Tyler, where I led all governmental and community relationships for the University.

A lifelong learner, I have augmented my professional experience with formal education. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University, a Master’s of Public Service and Administration from the George Bush School of Public Service, and a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas. My professional experience and education have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help any business or organization overcome challenges and exceed goals.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me hanging out with my family, volunteering for my church or one of my favorite nonprofits, or training for my next triathlon.

Cassi Beckham

Marketing Manager

My background is in communication, marketing, administration, and team management. I am always looking out for the newest trends to combine with time-proven methods and connect you to the right clients and voters for win-win situations. 

I specialize in writing content that communicates exactly what you had in mind and creating brand awareness through email and social media marketing. You know the value of your work, and I can’t wait to help you show it off through strategic branding and marketing.

When I’m not writing and strategizing, you’ll find me planning weekend trips with friends, finding sunny places to sit outside, and exploring the best spots in Tyler (I’m always open to recommendations).
